Think of teddy bear`s tea parties and dolly layers in skirts with a beautiful mix of dotty prints with florals and stripes. Fabrics are cotton lawn and crisp shirtings with felted and lightweight knits. Hair is plaited or long and loose and make-up is bright eyed with rosy cheeks. Proportions are over-simplified with large shapes that are reminiscent of childhood nostalgia. It’s about merging old with new, spots and florals, stripes and gingham.
