Concept
Back to basics. More connection between city and country life – all reflected in the interior. Symbolic of the slow living concept; finding your roots, enjoying a more relaxed quality of life, spending time at home, home cooking, being comfortable in your surroundings and handmade, natural materials and textures. A move away from industrialisation and mass production.
Style
Simple designs in furniture, furnishings and accessories. No more clutter or untidiness with cleverer storage solutions. Not to be confused with minimalism though, simplicity is humble and modest decors.
Colour
Purples continue, with as many analogous combinations as you can think of. Including all blues, navy, cobalt, aqua, petrol blue, ultramarine, greens, teal etc. Anew addition will be greys, warm and cold in abundance.
Fabric
Natural fabrics like cotton, wool and silk with detailing such as knits, embroidery and lace.
